Ingredients for two servings:
- 20 grams of Onion
- 1/2 Garlic clove
- 40 grams of Mushrooms
- 25 grams of Wheat flour
- 1 spoonful of Olive Oil
- 90 millilitres of Water
- 1 Egg
- 60 grams of Potato
- 3 scoops of Blemil Plus
- 5 level tablespoonfuls (25 g) of Blevit Plus
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Chop up the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Gently fry the onion for a few minutes and then add the garlic, followed by the mushrooms.
- For the purée: boil the potato for 10 minutes and mash with a fork. Pour the hot water, scoops of Blemil Plus and the Blevit Plus into a bowl. Season with the garlic powder and mix well.
- Add the mushroom mixture to the purée.
- Pour the mixture into a cupcake mould.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
