Ingredients for one serving:
- 60 grams of White Fish
- A pinch of dried Garlic powder
- A pinch of Thyme
- A pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 spoonful of Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 6 level tablespoonfuls (30 g) of Blevit Plus
- 15 grams of roasted Cornflakes
Preparation
- Cut the fish into strips and season with thyme and pepper.
- Whisk the egg in a dish.
- Put the Blevit Plus in one dish and the cornflakes in another one, crumbling them up a little with your hands.
- Dip the strips of fish in the Blevit Plus, then in the egg and finally roll them in the cornflakes.
- Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.
